Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq meliputi kegiatan bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan  yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun teknik pegumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq dalam membentuk santri yang berjiwa entrepreneur dalam menerapkan pola manajemen sudah cukup berhasil melalui perencanan yang  meliputi konsep dan strategi yang matang, memiliki patokan sasaran yang ingin dicapai, serta jelasnya garapan dan program kegiatan santri yang akan dilaksanakan. Pengorganisasian yang dilakuan meliputi pembagian kerja pengurus dan pembagian tugas ke dalam sebuah struktural, serta penempatan kerja sesuai keahlian yang dimiliki santri. Pengarahan yang di lakuan meliputi kegiatan pengajian malam selasa, tausiyah subuh pada hari Selasa, kegiatan pelatihan, dan ada juga terdapat pada slogan dan pepatah-pepatah yang di keluarkan oleh Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Pengawasan yang dilakuan meliputi kegiatan pemantauan langsung ke lapangan yang di lakukan pemimpin atau pengurus pesantren, pantauan tidak langsung melalui kegiatan rapat evaluasi, serta adanya tolak ukur dan faktor pendukung keberhasilan berupa faktor fisik dan non fisik sehingga tercapailah tujuan pondok pesantren yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya.


This study is to determine the management process carried out by the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School which includes the activities of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring carried out by Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used were interview observation and documentation study techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in forming students with entrepreneurial spirit in implementing management patterns has been quite successful through planning which includes mature concepts and strategies, has a target benchmark to be achieved, as well as a clear plan and program of activities for the students to be. implemented. The organization that is carried out includes the division of work for the management and the division of tasks into a structural, as well as job placement according to the expertise of the students. The briefing includes recitation activities on Tuesday night, dawn tausiyah on Tuesday, training activities, and there are also slogans and proverbs issued by the leadership of the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. The supervision carried out includes direct monitoring activities in the field carried out by the leaders or administrators of the pesantren, indirect monitoring through evaluation meeting activities, as well as the existence of benchmarks and success supporting factors in the form of physical and non-physical factors so that the goals of the pesantren that have been planned before are achieved.
